So What Is Bakers Lights?
Each year, Baker’s Lights brings festive magic to the community with a dazzling light display set up entirely for charity. This year’s big Switch-On event takes place on Saturday, 30th November, marking the start of the 2025 display season. Families, friends, and visitors gather to see the lights come to life, enjoy the atmosphere, and help raise money for a good cause.
RavenView Photography is proud to have partnered with Bakers Lights to capture the 2024 display in action, helping to share the warmth, creativity, and generosity behind the Baker’s Lights tradition and are ecstatic to be able to be back supporting for the 2025 season.
Every December, Baker’s Lights transforms a family home in Eastbourne into a dazzling winter wonderland. A walk-through experience filled with music, colour, and the warmth of community spirit.
Since its start in 2018, Baker’s Lights has raised vital funds for St Wilfrid’s Hospice, supporting families through compassionate end-of-life care. What began as a small neighbourhood tradition has now grown into a full-scale community celebration, lighting up the street while shining hope for an important cause.
