After a hugely successful first event and some incredible feedback, Cars & Caffeine is aiming to continue as a regular community event apart from in June and August respectively for Broyle and Festival Of Transport.
If you’re planning to attend, it really helps if you can register your interest on the Facebook event. This allows us to gauge numbers in advance and plan parking and flow more effectively.
It's Your Event
Music plays throughout the event to create a relaxed and social atmosphere. The goal is simple... to make it feel like an experience, not just a parking field.
And the best part… you’re part of it.
Head over to the organisers’ car and you’ll find a QR code on the notice board. Scan it to request a song and help shape the soundtrack for the day.

Cars & Caffeine is proud to be hosted at The Bulls Head, Boreham Street, providing the perfect setting for a relaxed and welcoming automotive gathering.
The venue offers a fantastic selection of hot and cold food, drinks, and refreshments throughout the event, allowing attendees to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or simply a coffee while spending time amongst fellow enthusiasts and the vehicles on display.
We actively encourage visitors to support The Bulls Head during their visit. Events such as Cars & Caffeine are only possible thanks to the generosity and support of venues willing to welcome large groups of enthusiasts, and supporting the pub helps ensure the event can continue to grow and thrive for years to come.

Rules
This is a community-focused meet built around respect, safety, and enjoyment for everyone attending.
Please follow all marshal instructions at all times
Drive slowly and responsibly when entering, exiting, and moving within the site
Do not block access routes or emergency gates at any time
No excessive revving, harsh acceleration, or antisocial driving
Park only in designated areas as directed by marshals
Please do not use personal vehicle sound systems during the event
Respect the venue, staff, and surrounding businesses at all times
Keep noise and behaviour considerate for other attendees
This is a family-friendly environment — please keep all conduct appropriate
Anyone acting irresponsibly may be asked to leave to ensure the safety and enjoyment of others.
